Rattler Cup Finals

The finals are set
  • Saturday, January 23rd
  • Imperial Outpost Games
  • Registration begins at 10 am

The idea is this should wrap of the local season plus give everyone a good practice run for the Las Vegas Open.

The basics:
  • 1850 point lists
  •  ITC format & missions
  •  the same terrain we saw at the last IO event with the Scorched Earth Terrain

The original idea was to do a invitation event for the championship. But why run such a fun event and exclude so many people? Especially as we have had a surge of new players late in the season? But what about the guys who have been killing it all season long?

I got all of you covered.
  • Anyone can play in the finals and has a chance to win
  • Players who have played in at least 2 events prior will receive seeding points based on the Rattler Cup standings
    • Short an event this season, there is one on 12/19 at Imperial Outpost
    • If I am missing an out of town ITC event let me ASAP
  • These points will added to Round 0, with all other players getting 0 points
  • After that, it will be a three rounds best score wins
The exact seeding will be determined based on your Rattler Cup Standings on January 1, 2016

Season Look in Depth

We have a brief lull before we end the year with three ITC events locally before the Rattler Cup Finals. Let us use this time to se what is happening within the standings

Our top 4 remain unchanged
Derek Page in 1st
Nathan Cartwell in 2nd
Don Hooson in 3rd
Jaminh Vo in 4th

Adam Steffen saw the biggest jump, climbing 20 spots to #5 with a big win at the last event at Imperial Outpost

Brandon Minor also had a strong performance at that event. His strong finish boost right behind Adam in the #6 spot

Mark Fallous moved up to #8, but this is a huge 15 spot jump for him after another strong outing

After a long absence Eric Cacace was able to pick up 9 spots

Geoff Dewitt was able to leap 7 spots

Jay Gardner-Hajek drops 2 spots to #7. I know school hampers his ability to get to more events but after a strong start it would be a shame to waste the season

Aaron White & Zeke Price drop 3 spots to 9th & 10th place respectively
